Delete your Origo account

Request deletion of your Origo account and associated personal data.

Delete in the app (recommended)

  1. Open Origo and sign in.
  2. Go to Profile.
  3. Tap your account.
  4. Choose Delete account and confirm.

Your account is soft-deleted immediately: you are signed out, the account cannot be used again, and associated personal data is removed or scheduled for deletion.

Delete by email

If you cannot use the app, email us to request account deletion:

Include the email address used for your Origo account. We usually complete requests within 1–2 business days.
