Origo Privacy Policy

Origo (“we”, “us”) helps you discover original goods and verified prices. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.

1. Information we collect

• Account data — if you sign in with Apple, Google, or email: name, email, and provider account identifiers.
• App activity — favorites, search queries, and product views needed to run core features.
• Device & diagnostics — device type, OS version, crash logs, and analytics events (via Firebase) to keep the app reliable. We do not use device advertising identifiers (IDFA) for ads or cross-app tracking.
• Push tokens — if notifications are enabled, a device push token for delivery.

2. How we use information

• Provide and improve product browsing, favorites, and account features.
• Authenticate you and secure your session.
• Diagnose crashes and measure app performance (first-party analytics only).
• Send optional service notifications you opt into.

3. Sharing and tracking

We do not sell your personal data. We do not track you across other companies’ apps or websites for advertising, and we do not share data with data brokers. We do not use App Tracking Transparency because we do not engage in Apple’s definition of “tracking.” We share data only with:

• Infrastructure and analytics providers that process data on our behalf (e.g. hosting, Firebase Crashlytics/Analytics for first-party product analytics).
• Sign-in providers (Apple, Google) when you choose those login methods.
• Authorities when required by law.

4. Retention

We keep account and activity data while your account is active, and diagnostic data for a limited period needed for security and quality.

5. Your choices

• Use the app as a guest without signing in (limited features).
• Delete your account in the app: Profile → tap your account → Delete account. We soft-delete your account immediately: you are signed out, the account cannot be used again, and associated personal data is removed or scheduled for deletion according to this policy.
• Sign out from Profile without deleting the account.
• Disable notifications in system settings.

6. Children

Origo is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
